Tali Raphaely did not start out in real estate. His path began in law. But today, at 46, he is known for building and managing a growing portfolio of properties across South Florida. His story is not about quick wins. It is about steady moves, smart positioning, and long-term focus.

“I’ve always been drawn to structure and negotiation,” Raphaely says. “Real estate just became the place where all of that came together.”

Raphaely attended law school in Florida on a full merit-based scholarship. He graduated in the top 3% of his class. That early discipline shaped how he approaches business today. After law school, he returned to Baltimore. There, he worked as a Law Clerk in the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland for two years. It was a formative experience.

“You learn how decisions are made at a high level,” he says. “You also learn how important details are.”

He briefly practiced as a litigation attorney. But it did not take long for him to pivot.
